GENERAL OPINION: What can you say, when you have been there 3 times between
may and october?
A very relaxed and cheerful place that really lets you switch off the real

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: Excellent. Vanessa was very friendly and
reassuring and all questions were answered promptly and on the same day.
TRANSFERS: Excellent. The driver was very helpful and friendly, showing us
the best places to eat and where to buy food.
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: Excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
HOUSES: The accomodation was well equipped and clean but could have been in
better working order.
SURF CLASSES: Great. excellent insturction and fun.
SURF TEACHER: Excellent. very nice and clear instruction was given.
SURF EQUIPMENT: Great, all equipment seemed in good order and new.
BBQ: I loved the Chicken BBQ - the food was excellent!
GENERAL OPINION: I loved this holiday and would definately reccommend it to
friends. I would probably try and come for a longer period next time and
maybe a little bit earlier in October.

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: fast answers, it's easy to book with you
TRANSFERS: I always arrived by bus from Lisbon. It's great that you provide
free transfer from and to Peniche Bus Station.
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: very good
SURF CLASSES: good size of the groups, great that there are two surf
sessions a day
video analysis helps a lot
SURF TEACHER: Nice guys, it's great that they know the place very well.
SURF EQUIPMENT: clean and in good condition
you always find a wetsuit and a surfboard in the right size
PHYNIX TOUR: I didn't take part in the tour this time but I was at the
Phynix Factory twice before. Very interresting to see and hear how
surfboards are produced.
BBQ: very yummy chicken!
the sardines BBQ is a good opportunity to taste some portugese food
GENERAL OPINION: Great Surf Camp in a beautiful location!

some comments on our surfing
SURF EQUIPMENT: Plenty of boards and wetsuits to chooose from.
PHYNIX TOUR: Interesting to see, nice to know how a board is made
BBQ: Fish was perfect, enough drinks, projection of surf movies was nice.
GENERAL OPINION: The camp attitude is really nice, its value for the price
is perfect, for me it was very exciting.

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: E-mail correspondence with the girls from
reception (especially Vanessa) was very helpful and informative. They always
give prompt and clear responses.
HOUSES: We lived in Baleia West apartment - it's was a great chance to have
a dinner each day with the fantastic sunset&sea view.
SURF CLASSES: Very good as for the first time. But next time I would like
to take classes in smaller groups. Video analysis is very useful to correct
typical mistakes and learn more quickly.
SURF TEACHER: Very professional. Batalha also has philosophic approach to
the surfing and the coaching others that I liked very much:)
BBQ: Good idea. Gave us an opportunity to learn more about people who took
surf classes with us
GENERAL OPINION: I am satisfied!

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: Didnt use it, i booked through errant. Although
it was much more complicated through errant.
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: Amazing. We were greeted as kings. We had a warm
welcome, a guided tour of the facilities. And people were always available
when we had questions.
SURF CLASSES: Very very good. Out of the ordinary. I learnt more at this
camp than i have in my previous 2 years surfing. The notion of onshore and
offshore winds, swells, channels etc.... i give a big 200 % to the
instructors
SURF TEACHER: AMAZING. I thank Joel and Felipe for bringing my surf
knowledge up. The fact that they came to the tuesday and friday night events
made it even better. I give bonus points to all the instructors who came
drinking with us at Chris s bar and who were up the next day to give us an
amazing lesson.
SURF EQUIPMENT: Very neat, well taken care off. Thanks to Rip Curl for the
comfortable wet suits. The boards were adapted to each level.
Keep it up.
BBQ: AMAZING.
A big Cheer to Bacalau Team for being present and having attended both
events. The chicken was sooooo tasty and so were the Sardines.

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: Vanessa is fantastic! Nice, quick and still a person, not only "a computer". Just lovely and gives you all the answers. Hope she has a high salary ;-).
TRANSFERS: Very, very good. (I was even meant to book transfer for an outsider of the camp because you managed it so well.) Nice guy waiting for hours at the airport with out loosing temper... Thank you!!!
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: The hours are good. Smart to be open later in night. Audrey is a star. Cool, polite and receptive. The others I don't know by name (except Leo of course). But the guy who also does transfers is a really helping person too. You have got good personel!
HOUSES: I got the Fisherman's house. And I love it so much I would like to buy it... I will for sure try to come back to live there! Many thanks for arranging it.
SURF TEACHER: I loved when the teacher was around us in the water encouraging and also inspiring like Billy and again I forget the name of the guy with long hair (the little brother of...), who really brought hapiness and energy to the group. Tiago was beautiful to watch with the kids and Jao Gonzales perfect. There is a certain love for the water and teaching with all these guys that is important - and they pass it forward.
SURF EQUIPMENT: Good!
BBQ: Fun!
GENERAL OPINION: Lovely people, lovely place, an extra special group of students the first weeks. I made friends forever.

GENERAL OPINION: Peniche surf camp is so good. All the people there are so
helpful, caring and allways happy. Allways quick and good answers back on
our emails before we went down too. Surfteachers, reception and attendance
were all great people, surfclasses was so much fun and we learned alot. The
place was so nice and had this wonderful atmosphere. Nice locations, good
equipment and nice arrangements in the evening. This could not be much
better! :) Thank you all for a great holiday.
SUGGESTIONS: Thank you for a great week at Peniche surfcamp! You are all so
nice people, and you all made the holiday such a good experience. I really
wanna come back next year.

GENERAL OPINION: We've camped at Peniche SurfCamp twice now and will definitely be back again! Very friendly staff and spotless facilities right in front of one of the many close by surfing beaches! Mellow atmosphere.

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: Amazing! Vanessa is really worth her salt! She was so patient and quick to reply. It was her wonderful service that made me book the trip!
TRANSFERS: We arrived on the last bus on Sunday night, and the driver was there to get us as promised. Excellent service!
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: It was nice to get to know the other people before we headed out for our first session. At first I thought the group was too big, but the ration of instructors to students worked well!
SURF CLASSES: The best I have ever had!!!! Good ratio of students to teacher. The video analysis is what made the classes so effective. We really got to see our mistakes, and that was embarassing enough to make you stop the bad habits!
SURF TEACHER: Billy is a gifted teacher. He expected a lot from us. He took his job seriously (and injected his humor) and was super generous with his knowledge.
Joao Gonzalo was also super helpful and pushed us to do our best!
Phillip was so enthusiatic and it was fun to get feedback from him.
Batavia was super fun with my kids, and they adored him and learned a lot!
SURF EQUIPMENT: It was great, and I liked that we could make changes of boards or wetsuits if we wished. Very flexible.
BBQ: These were very fun and allowed us to get to know each other. The food was yummy too!
GENERAL OPINION: The camp is a great value. It would be fun to return in the off season too!
SUGGESTIONS: Keep up the amazing work, and never stop surfing!!!!

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: PERFECT !!! I really was surprised receiving answers to all my questions so quickly!
TRANSFERS: We travelled by our own and just got picked up at the bus stop in Peniche. So it work fine.
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: Very nice people at the reception and we always got help and information when needed!
HOUSES: We stayed at the Baleal apartments and had a beautiful view to the beach and the apartment was pretty nice. It would be better if you could offer two bikes for free for the Baleal apartments as it is quite a walk to the surf camp.
SURF CLASSES: The classes have been pure fun! I really would like to thank all surf teachers for the good teaching and all the fun!

SURF EQUIPMENT: The surf equipment was good. I really liked that you could easily change the boards if you wanted to try something else.

GENERAL OPINION: I've recommended PSC to a couple dozen people already who I think would enjoy the experience, make good friends from all over the world and learn a new skill along the way. I can see myself going on similar holidays in the future. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: Perfect. Vanessa gave us all the neccesary information. She was really helpful.
HOUSES: We stayed at the apartments, perfect place to stay.
SURF CLASSES: Perfect. We stayed only for 4 days, which was maybe to short, but still we learned a lot, not only about surf techniques but also about safety rules, tide conditions....The video analysis are also of great help.
SURF TEACHER: The whole team: Billy, Inka, Joao Gonzalo... all were fantastic teachers. Had a lot of fun!!!
SURF EQUIPMENT: Perfect.
PHYNIX TOUR: Didn't have the opportunity to participate in this tour.
BBQ: Great opportunity to get to know all the people in the camp.
GENERAL OPINION: I would strongly recommend Peniche Surf Camp to my friends. I am looking forward to come back. Great place!!!!

ONLINE BOOKING ATTENDANCE: No problem I just wish they would allow to pay with VISA over the phone. However, Vannessa was very helpful and answered back very quickly. I was very impressed with the whole online booking and the help she gave me. Gave me a great first impression and luckly it continued when we got there until the end!
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: excellent! The entire reception area personnel were very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable and stress free!
HOUSES: Apartment Supertubos was no 5 star but the accomodations were comfortable and had everything you needed!
SURF CLASSES: Great lessons for the children. Tiago was the perfect instructor for the children they enjoyed the lessons and he made learning fun and very safe which is very important for children
SURF TEACHER: Tiago was great. Had a lot of patience with the children. And made it fun for them.
SURF EQUIPMENT: Great that all kind of boards were available. The soft boards were great for the kids.
PHYNIX TOUR: I enjoyed it as I learned alot and if I could of I would have made me a custom board. maybe next time!
GENERAL OPINION: Best vacation I have had... since the whole family got to enjoy surfing.
I thought the whole experience was fun, affordable, relaxing and very professional. I have already recccomended it to all my friends.
I will also be back again for sure.

TRANSFERS: Quick and easily organised
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: Brilliant, very helpful and always good at keeping the fridge full of cold beer, no matter how fast we drink them :)
HOUSES: Comfortable couches and well decked out with everything we needed
SURF CLASSES: The instructors were awesome. So knowledgeable but really friendly and they all had a great ability to teach a lot while making the lessons pretty relaxed and very enjoyable. I had Alex and Felipe and it was really great learning from them.
BBQ: Both BBQs were really awesome, though I preferred the chicken - unbelievably delicious. A really great way for all the people in the camp to get to know each other and have a fun night out...
GENERAL OPINION: Awesome, I'm definitely coming back

TRANSFERS: Great - received a phone call to say taxi driver was a few minutes late.
RECEPTION AND ATTENDANCE: Warm, friendly, and helpful. Nothing was a problem.
HOUSES: I stayed in \'The Mansion\' Casa de Penedo - very nice, new premises.
SURF TEACHER: Gonçalo & Alex - very good. Loads of experience, skills, and knowledge. Plus they were never short of patience or encouragement. Thanks guys, keep surfing backwards. x

SURF CLASSES: Really good surf instructors (Goncalo and Billy). A lot of repetition and good warmup. I also liked the video analysis very much!
BBQ: Fun and really good food. Nice to meet all the other surfers.
GENERAL OPINION: It seems to me that you have a really good concept that has been tried out for many years. Very professional.
