Located in the main building, our reception is open daily from early morning until late evening, providing a wide range of essential services and continuous support throughout your stay. Our phone line is available 24 hours a day, ensuring that we are always contactable whenever needed.

Our team is here to assist you with anything, including:

  • Check-in and check-out
  • Booking surf lessons, surf packages.
  • Organizing airport transfers, taxis, rental cars, day trips, and bike rentals
  • Handling guest requests and special arrangements
  • Assisting with room changes and accommodation needs
  • Coordinating group logistics and schedules
  • Providing safety guidance and general support during your stay
