Assistant Manager – Finance & Administration

Patricia Barderas was born in Madrid, Spain, but always dreamed of living by the ocean.

She discovered surfing in 2004 and, during one of her surf trips, visited Peniche for the first time. Captivated by the waves, the lifestyle, and the local community, she decided to make Peniche her home and has been part of the area ever since.

At Peniche Surf Camp, Patricia serves as Assistant Manager and is responsible for the company’s Finance and Administration Department. She oversees accounts, payments, invoicing, financial control, and many of the administrative processes that keep the business running smoothly on a daily basis.

Working closely with the management team, Patricia plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of Peniche Surf Camp, helping coordinate different departments and ensuring that both guests and staff receive the support they need.

Known for her organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Patricia is an essential part of the team and contributes significantly to the smooth running and continued success of the company.

When she’s not managing budgets, reservations, and administrative tasks, you’ll often find her enjoying the ocean and the outdoor lifestyle that first brought her to Peniche.
